By activating (clicking) it you can toggle DistanceBlur on and off. Another way to toggle DistanceBlur is by typing following into the console: "set xxDoF to 0" for diabling and "set xxDoF to 1" for enabling it. The DistanceBlur is by default enabled when you load this plugin. The plugin "NehrimAmbienceForTES_Water" provides: Adapted water for "NehrimAmbienceForTES".
